Meet the Founder
Emily Walker
Emily Walker is the Founder and Managing Principal of UNAVOLVE Endeavors, bringing more than 12 years of experience leading complex commercial real estate projects throughout Texas and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Throughout her career, she has served as a trusted advisor to owners, guiding projects from early vision through occupancy across a diverse portfolio that includes Class A office, industrial, medical office, mixed-use, hospitality, mission critical, retail, and historic restoration developments.
Emily believes exceptional projects are built through exceptional partnerships. She is passionate about bringing people together around a shared vision, aligning stakeholders, proactively managing risk, and creating clarity in even the most complex environments. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that successful projects are not defined solely by budgets and schedules, but by the relationships, trust, and long-term value created throughout the process.
The creation of UNAVOLVE Endeavors reflects a principle that has guided Emily throughout her career: growth is intentional, and the strongest outcomes are achieved when people evolve together. She approaches every engagement with integrity, curiosity, and an unwavering commitment to serving her clients' best interests. Through disciplined planning, thoughtful execution, and transparent communication, she helps organizations confidently navigate every stage of the project lifecycle.
A Dallas–Fort Worth native originally from Plano, Texas, Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Biology and Business Management from the University of North Texas before completing her Project Management Certificate at Southern Methodist University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute and a Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) through the Construction Specifications Institute, combining technical expertise with a collaborative leadership style that has become the hallmark of her work.
